       Now when one discusses the "never Trump" movement there are several figures that I could talk about.  But the one of utmost importance to me is Russel Moore

I knew Russel Moore long before he had any fame,  Moore spent a lot of time as an assistant to Albert Mohler while I was a student.  In many Moore has followed in Mohler's footsteps.

However, this seems rather pointless considering the fact that these groups are not even unified on the topic of marriage!! 
Mormons and Muslims have justified polygamy, Jews have looser views about divorce and Catholics make a marriage a grace imparting mystical sacrament. What are religious people trying to accomplish telling each other how much they prefer marriage anyhow?

Now it is true that as Baptist we believe in a free church in a free state.  There is nothing wrong with Moore vocalizing support for the religious liberty of Muslims.  But using church money to support a cause in opposition to the gospel is a completely different deal!  This is Money meant to establish the truth that Jesus Christ is the way the truth and the light! No man may come unto the father but through him! it is not to help spread the Lie that Jesus(Isa) will comeback and assist in killing Christians all over the world as Muslims teach!

   Now Donald Trump is a nominal Christian who has unorthodox testimony of salvation.  in other words He could not express the gospel of salvation when he was afforded the opportunity. This is troubling, but sadly there are more than a dozen presidents who did not express the evangelical gospel correctly. I have my doubts about salvation concerning all the nominees and most of the presidents and vice presidents over the last 30 years.

  The reason I say that this is flippant is not because Moore is necessarily wrong for doubting his salvation.  But while the gospel is clear and we know what is and is not the gospel.  Scripture tells us to be careful about judging the hearts of individuals.

   But let's look deeper,  the story goes that Trump was converted by Paula White.  Her orthodoxy is under a bad reputation due to her prosperity gospel. But Trump was raised going to church.  Specifically, the presbyterian church.   Russel Moore will eagerly admit that the Presbyterian church teaches a sound gospel.  So what went wrong?  This was a liberal wing of the church under the headship of the famous pastor Norman Vincent Peale, the author of "The power of positive thinking"  this explains Trumps misunderstanding of the gospel completely! Sadly the positive thinking gospel abandons the gospel of Jesus Christ and mirrors trumps testimony.  Of course "never trump" ministers only want to attack trump as a heretic instead of kindly and lovingly explaining the gospel to him.
     But with Russel Moore you will find many Ironies.

What does the scripture say?  Should Christians support a one world government?

It was the act of God that separated the nations.  In fact he initially willed man separate before this curse.

  So the time of the Antichrist is going to be a time of one-world global government. The spirit of anti-christ was and is a reality today.  It would be obvious that this Spirit would desire the global government and enslave others.

Putting high interest rates upon our own culture was sinful in the old testament.

Neo-conservatives including those pushed by Moore like Bush willfully let the national debt grow.  The political hero of the neo-conservative movement George W. Bush kept national spending growing and the national debt skyrocketing finishing off with the infamous "banker bailout".  But this has been a drop in the bucket compared to the spending of the Obama administration.

Our government has used several ways of stealing the american peoples wealth.  High taxation is obvious.  But what is not obvious is inflation.  The federal reserve ( a conglomeration of banks) has been given unconstitutional authority to control the value of US currency.  And so  printing money to devalue money.  you can save up money all your life and it will not matter because they are stealing your worth.  The value of American money has been stolen a hundred times over and will continue to do so thanks to liberal republicans and liberals and the system of  Keynesian economics.

How evil  for people of God to take advantage of their own nation. Jesus thinks of usury as wicked and slothful!!

Global trade vs. fair trade
  republicans were early on accused of being stingy and not wanting to help the poor and asking for favors by getting big tax breaks.
    Ronald Reagan reacted to this criticism with Reaganomics.  The idea is that if we give big businesses and the rich who have a heavy burden on taxes, these big tax breaks, the private sector would then invest the money back into the middle and lower class citizens with economic opportunities and thus the money would trickle down throughout America!
  This is a great idea, because business is better at the economy than government.
There is a flaw in the system which has left the country divided and poor.  This has to be a closed system economy,  America is currently an open system  we have million of people illegally immigrating into the US and working taking there money(usually free of taxes) out of our country to their homelands.  Then we have  millions of jobs being outsourced to other countries.
  The rich have the incentive.   Globalist trade deals means they have to pay no taxes nor have to deal with any regulations when moving there companies over seas.  But if they keep American money in america they will have to pay taxes and deal with regulations.
So our government is against a tariff a sales tax on foreign goods, but for the income tax which raises the prices on american goods.
   So America is like a broken piggy bank and our economy is continually sliding away.

Globalism is not just an economic problem though.
How is it that "never trumpers" can look themselves in the mirror?  they want to have a clean outside in there government when they have dirt inside their cup.
through globalism communist countries like china are supported.  China killed 70million people and instead of being punished they are becoming the most influential country in the world.  Our support has helped a country that has aborted 450million babies!!
 
Is this helping the local citizens?  Of course not it is not capitalist society and btw, the Christians will continue to be suppressed as we will not help them, since we are tied in debt to this country.
  Other countries are worse as they are run by terrorists and use slave labor.

Trumps is honest about the fact that he did not desire to run for president,  because it was a mean spirited profession. Trump being a billionaire had a lot of freedoms, and personal faults that he did not desire to expose to judgement.  And with his power and prestige Donald did not need the office in the way that many aspiring politicians do.

"never trumpers"  may make a host of attacks upon  Donald's moral choices in life.  Because we have such high standards for our politicians.   Well, would King David,  the greatest King of Israel, God's Chosen People a man of such high standing that people would label the messiah as the "Son of David" be moral enough to be the president of the United States?  The "man after God's own heart" had done many great things. He even wrote most of the biggest book in the Bible "psalms".
But let's look at his sins.   David had 4 wives in polygamy compared to trumps 3, 2 divorced.   Trump is reviled for having confessed to adultery.  Well David had his concubines as well. Trump has been successful raising his children compared to David whose daughter was raped by his son and his other son premeditated murder upon him 2 years later then while staging a coo against David.     Well david had his concubines as well  Also publicly fornicating with David's concubines.  his most succesful son made trump look like a lifelong monk by comparison!! 800 wives could not satisfy him, he needed 300 concubines!  Solomon wrote wisdom books in the bible and was considered the most succesful king of Israel.
  GREAT POWERFUL PEOPLE HAVE GREAT AND POWERFUL SINS BECAUSE THEY HAVE TOO MUCH POWER.
  If "never trumpers" wanted a preacher they should have voted for Mike Huckabee.  Most never trumpers did not vote for Huckabee because he did not have enough money. THEREFORE MONEY MEANS MORE TO NEVER TRUMPERS THAN CHRISTIANITY.


Trump is a fighter and typically fights back when he is assaulted.

   I have met Russel Moore.   I saw him constantly when I was a student at Boyce Bible College at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Bumped into him a couple times, talk occasionally.   Now I know there are those out there who are fans of Moore.   But if an alumni struck up a conversation with me and privately called Moore a "nasty guy with no heart" I really could not be at all surprised.
    Politically what Moore has done is guaranteed that the SBC will be culturally irrelevant in terms of national politics as long as he is in that sbc office.  He has not only burned bridges with Trump but It is a fact that he will not be able to gain any prestige from Hillary.  Billy Graham is on death's door so there goes the days of SBC dialogue with the whitehouse.
   Of course Dr. Moore was almost enthusiastic about loss of influence on the Michael Medved show.
a couple weeks after the unconstitutional gay marriage decision came down he declared that conservatives would not be able to win that victory for another 50years. You see the purpose of the leadership of Russel Moore is to be controlled opposition.  He acts as a speed bump for the common people to submit in defeat to the heathen agenda.   This reminds me of an old movie in the 1970's called "the conflict".  It is about an island of monks off of a local island next to Ireland. during Vatican 2 The mass was to be said in native tongue instead of the Latin tongue.  The ultra orthodox monks felt this to be heresy and so kept the mass in Latin.  A young Jesuit priest (played by Martin Sheen) was sent to coax them into Vatican 2 regulations or else.  The abby tried to avoid the order but quickly submitted.  He then forced the monks to give up their uprising with his experienced influence.  this is the a picture of the modern day evangelical power brokers. Theology is secondary to power.
 Evangelicals are faced to choose between 2 options, but the decision is easy.
ecclesiastes 9:4 For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion."
We have assumed ourselves to have a righteous standing in the world yet inside we have not been so faithful to God.

Matthew 23:25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. 26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. 27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness. 28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity."

In the affairs of the world we will lose judging by a higher standard than the stand with which we have lived.

Ecclesiastes 7:15 All things have I seen in the days of my vanity: there is a just man that perisheth in his righteousness, and there is a wicked man that prolongeth his life in his wickedness. 16 Be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself? 17 Be not over much wicked, neither be thou foolish: why shouldest thou die before thy time? 18 It is good that thou shouldest take hold of this; yea, also from this withdraw not thine hand: for he that feareth God shall come forth of them all."

We raise ourselves up against our rulers when God has removed such power due to our disobedience. This is not wise.

Ecclesiastes 10:20 Curse not the king, no not in thy thought;
and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber:
for a bird of the air shall carry the voice,
and that which hath wings shall tell the matter."

If we humble ourselves then we can find blessings as we serve our heathen masters.
