Flood of evidence

   In a rough way, this chapter is to accomplish three tasks.   The first task is to show the evidence that a Global flood actually occurred.  The second task is to show evidence of the anitdiluvian (pre-flood) world.  The third task is to show a scientific model from evidence that shows rationally how that occurred.

   Why does every major ancient culture have a myth about the flood? Especially seeing as they, by and large, speak of Noah and the Ark?

Legends and History
   In the previous age of scholarship, we have seen academia take a very dualistic approach to the world.  One which forever separates the sacred from the solid. This Gnostic attitude has done a great deal of damage to studies in history, which assumes that only the non-miraculous is allowed to be recorded and any expression of the supernatural in language is to instantly be regarded as fiction.  However, popular legends contain a kernal of truth.  Count Dracula comes from Vlad the Impaler, Santa Claus descends from St, Nicolas of Myra etc.  The more legends, the more facts that are buried beneath.

"He gave Noah the idea of constructing an ark four stories tall, 300 cubits long, 50 wide, and 30 deep. he embarked on it with his family, as well as the male and female of every creature, some of them being numbered by sevens.  The ark had strong sides and roof, and the catstrophe took place when Noah was 600 years old, 2,262 years after the birth of Adam." Josephus the essential readings jewish antiquities: beginnings pg. 21    Josephus, a Jewish historian paid by Rome to give the national nonfiction history recognized the flood as a literal event.


"Again I raised my eyes towards heaven, and saw a lofty ceiling with seven cascading streams upon it; and those cascading streams flowed. with much water into one disclosed area.  Again I saw, and behold, fountains were opened upon the ground of that great enclosed area, and the water began to swell and rise upon the ground; And I saw that enclosed area until the whole ground was (comepletely) covered with water.  Water, darkness and mist accumulated heavily upon it; And I looked at the ascent of that water going up and up until it rose above that enclosed area, and was streaming above that enclosed area; And (all those on the ground) were gathered together until I saw them sinking, being swallowed up, and perishing with water.  Yet that boat was floating above the water, though all the cattle, elephants camels, and donkeys were sinking to the bottom; so I could (no longer) see anyone of the animals (for) they had no ability to come out but (only) to perish and sink into the deep water.  Again I kept seeing in the vision until those cascading streams were dissapated from that high ceiling, the fountains of the earth were normalized, and other its were opened.  Then the water began to decend into them until the ground became visible, that boat settled upon the earth, the darkness vanished and became light." 1 Enoch 89
   Enoch appears as an epic novel discussing the flood.  His description matches a literal interpretation.  Both the fountains of the great deep and the ice canopy are employed and it matches my flood theory.

Scripture
Genesis 7:¹ In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. ¹² And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights. ¹³ In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah’s wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark; ¹⁴ they, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort. ¹⁵ And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life. ¹⁶ And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the Lord shut him in.¹⁷ And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth. ¹⁸ And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters. ¹⁹ And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered. ²⁰ Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains were covered. ²¹ And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and every man: ²² all in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died."
   Notice the various facts brought up.  Names, dates, measurements etc.  Obviously this is a historical narrative.

"7:19 The Author implies that the highest waters covered the Ararat Mountain range, the height of which is approximately 16,000ft (8:4).  Surely a flood more than 3 milesin depth could not be defined to any portion of the earth.  The Hebrew word 'Kol' sed twice in the verse (translated "all" and "the whole") adds to the impression that the flood was a universal phenomenon,  No one could have escaped the catastrophe except those in the ark" Holy Bible Baptist Study Edition Genesis 7:19        
    Since the scripture mentions Ararat.  We know that the flood is of necessity global.

What about the Black Sea flood?

"Now Ballard is using even more advanced robotic technology to travel farther back in time. He is on a marine archeological mission that might support the story of Noah. He said some 12,000 years ago, much of the world was covered in ice.

    Notice that the ice age chronology disagrees with the biblical chronology? The traditional Bible chronology is 6,000 yrs with a 10,000yr maximum. The majority of the creation science community argues for a post flood ice age.  So the black sea flood would have been post flood.  The evolutionary chronology would provide a black sea flood in a different set of circumstances that Noah and the ark.  There was not enough water to put the ark in the Ararat mountains and it would not have been in the same time period either. Either way the Black Sea flood is not the Flood of Noah.


What of competitors?

"Manetho, whose writings only survive as a partially preserved “garbled abridgement,”3 did not intend for his history to be a chronological account of Egyptian history. Like everyone else in the ancient world, Manetho measured time in regnal years (“in the fifth year of King So-and-So”). Eusebius, the fourth-century historian who quoted Manetho extensively, did not believe that Manetho intended for his regnal years to be added up consecutively. Eusebius says, “Several Egyptian kings ruled at the same time. . . . It was not a succession of kings occupying the throne one after the other, but several kings reigning at the same time in different regions.”4 Because Manetho’s history lists the reigns of kings who ruled simultaneously, historians should not add the years of the kings’ reigns together as if the kings ruled one after another.
Manetho’s history is also inconsistent with contemporary Egyptian sources. Professor J. H. Breasted, author of History of Egypt, calls Manetho’s history “a late, careless and uncritical compilation, which can be proven wrong from the contemporary monuments in the vast majority of cases, where such documents have survived.”5 Manetho’s interpretation of each variation in spelling as a different king creates numerous nonexistent generations.  Problems with the Sothic cycle
"Meyer had to depend on later non-Egyptian writers to establish a starting point for his calculations, and those sources are contradictory. Censorinius, a third-century Roman writer, and Theon, a fourth-century Alexandrian astronomer, give different starting points. According to Censorinius, the Great Sothic Year occurred in A.D. 140, but according to Theon, it occurred in 26 B.C.    The Bible shows that the Egyptian history started after the tower of babel.  The Sphinx might have been built by a pre-flood civilization.(it has water damage)   But generally the Egyptians are descendants of Mizraim.  So they would not have a history of the flood   Their list of kings are confused by issues of family claims, and property issues in which many kings reigned simultaneously.

The Sumerian kings list
"The Sumerian King List is an ancient list of Mesopotamian rulers: their names, their seat of power and the length of their reigns. The list as we have it today is actually a critical reconstruction of nearly 20 ancient fragments published in 1939 by the renowned Danish, Sumerologist Thorkild Jacobson.
The list is of special interest to the biblical archaeological community, particularly because of its antediluvian (pre-flood) portion. The list of pre-flood kings is interesting for two reasons. First, because it mentions an antediluvian civilization and a cataclysmic deluge, and second, because the pre-flood kings have really long life-spans (as is evidenced by their really long reigns). After the flood, the life-spans drop dramatically but remain inordinately long for a time.    So while the bible would definitely disagree with the chronology.  It does have a description of advanced ages before the flood and more normal ages afterward, which is ancient corroboration

The ark is amazingly feasible

We applied the ABS (American Bureau of Shipping)’s rule to all 13 hull forms. The results showed that all hull forms except hull #1 sufficiently satisfied all the requirements. It should be especially noted that the Ark was 13 times more stable than the standard for safety required by the ABS rule."

          Unlike the many flood stories the ark described in Genesis is not only specific, but actually describes a sea worthy vessel!  While this may be unassuming; the fact is that this is the smoking gun of the argument! How could an ancient man create the correct vessel with the correct architecture to an event that supposedly never happened? Plus, if this was so possible then why did everyone else of that day get it wrong?

Earth has the water

 Here we see evolutionary biologist consenting to the pre-Cambrian explosion being the product of a worldwide flood.

Marine fossils

We have the fossils of fish and other sea creatures all over the earth.  This hints that the earth was once covered in water.

Could the mountains really have had been covered in water?

"Crinoid fossils and other marine fossils have been found on top of almost every mountain range on earth. In fact, crinoid fossils have even been found at the summit of Mount Everest, the highest point on earth.    So even at the highest altitudes we find evidence of sea life. So the great flood is quite plausible.



Polystrate fossils
A polystrate fossil is a tree standing straight up through the rock layers of sediment which are thought by the evolutionists to represent many millions of years of layers.  Some polystrate tree fossils could not have grown in the location where the surrounding shale was deposited, since trees don’t live long under the sea.

For this burial is supposed as having been completed very slowly, over millions of years.  During this time billions of tiny shale-sized particles are deposited slowly layer by layer.  Then heat and pressure covered these fossil trees.
Using uniformitarian principles, the time required for shale sediments to accumulate summed to many thousands of years.  The evidence indicates that the shale was deposited quickly over the trees still standing upright during a catastrophe.  Many of these trees were buried at the same time when all the rock layers were yet still liquid.  Polystrate fossils are found all around the world and are yet additional evidence for a global flood."https://evolutionisamyth.com/geology/111/
Why would trees be standing upside down for millions of years? Obviouslythey were not.  Not only does this give evidence of a rapid burial in the global flood, but it also tears down a key argument which made the uniformitarian interpretation possible.


What was the pre-flood world like?

Subterraenean waters

"The hydrogen-isotope [deuterium/hydrogen (D/H)] ratio of Earth can be used to constrain the origin of its water. However, the most accessible reservoir, Earth’s oceans, may no longer represent the original (primordial) D/H ratio, owing to changes caused by water cycling between the surface and the interior. Thus, a reservoir completely isolated from surface processes is required to define Earth’s original D/H signature. Here we present data for Baffin Island and Icelandic lavas, which suggest that the deep mantle has a low D/H ratio (δD more negative than -218 per mil). Such strongly negative values indicate the existence of a component within Earth’s interior that inherited its D/H ratio directly from the protosolar nebula. (emphasis added)"

   The entire old earth paradigm presupposes that the earth evoled from a star like lava.  The heat generated from this body had no chance to hold water.  If the earth contains waters so deep then the planet did not evolve from the sun. Thus we do not need billions of years for the occurrence. and thus we do not have anything close to an appropriate evolutionary timeline.

      Here we literally find water dripping over ten miles deep in the earths crust!

Looking down deep

They noticed a region beneath Asia where seismic waves appeared to dampen, or "attenuate," and also slow down slightly. "Water slows the speed of waves a little," Wysession explained. "Lots of damping and a little slowing match the predictions for water very well."
Previous predictions calculated that if a cold slab of the ocean floor were to sink thousands of miles into the Earth's mantle, the hot temperatures would cause water stored inside the rock to evaporate out.
"That is exactly what we show here," Wysession said. "Water inside the rock goes down with the sinking slab and it's quite cold, but it heats up the deeper it goes, and the rock eventually becomes unstable and loses its water."
The water then rises up into the overlying region, which becomes saturated with water [image]. "It would still look like solid rock to you,” Wysession told LiveScience. "You would have to put it in the lab to find the water in it."
Although they appear solid, the composition of some ocean floor rocks is up to 15 percent water. "The water molecules are actually stuck in the mineral structure of the rock," Wysession explained.   It is obvious that in opposition to uniformitarian theory nature has supplied us with enough water for a global flood.


H2O Canopy
"After this, on the second day, He placed the heaven over the whole world, and separated it from the other parts; and determined that it should stand by itself. He also placed a crystalline firmament around it." (Josephus book 1, chapter 1. Written by Paul L. Maier)
 Josephus interprets Genesis as having a crystal firmament separating the heavens

"For the Spirit being one, and holding the place of light,(2) was between the water and the heaven, in order that the darkness might not in any way communicate with the heaven, which was nearer God, before God said, 'Let there be light.' The heaven, therefore, being like a dome-shaped covering, comprehended matter which was like a clod." Theophilus to Autolycus(or antioch) Book 2, Chapter 13 (theophilus was a 2nd century christian)
   The early church Christian also holds to a literal water canopy.

"6-8:A firmament or solid dome (job 37:18), separated the upper from the lower waters (exodus 20:4, Psalm 148:4)"
Commentary from Genesis 1:6-8 Oxford Annotated Bible with the apocrypha(RSV)  Even textual scholars agree to this "dome".


Job 37:¹⁸ Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong,

and as a molten looking glass?"
  In Job commentary is made on the sky being metallic and glass like.

We still have some astral water clouds in the southern hemisphere

    So not only can we have space clouds, but we still have some today!
Not to conclude that these are the same clouds, but our less aprpriate climate in this age points to the reality of space clouds.


Magnetic field of that time.

b. the magnetic field would bring a protective environment)  The earth's electromagnetic field is decreasing. So if we go backwards in time the field would be increasing.   The stronger field would have an easier time holding the canopy.


Frozen Hydrogen has metallic qualities
"This is the hydrogen scientists know best--the forms they have measured, modeled, and analyzed for decades. But there are other manifestations of hydrogen that, until recently, have eluded investigation. Place this simple element in extremes of temperature and pressure, and it will display a range of personalities that are surprising and profound.

Squeeze hydrogen at pressures 2 to 10 million times greater than normally found on Earth and this colorless, odorless, tasteless gas transforms into a metal. Conditions like this exist inside Jovian planets like Jupiter, where cold clouds of hydrogen gas turn to liquid metallic hydrogen under the pressure exerted by this gaseous giant.   Researchers have known about the metallic state of hydrogen for more than 60 years--ever since quantum mechanics predicted the rules governing electrons. But they lacked the ability to make quantitative predictions of this state--the kind of knowledge that sheds light on the distribution of mass in Jovian-like objects and may lead to more efficient ways to achieve thermonuclear fusion. It is knowledge that determines hydrogen's equation of state, which Ceperley believes he is now "tantalizingly close" to providing."

   Frozen hydrogen would not only be in the waters.  But the sky would be thrust hydrogen upwards into the canopy providing the electromagnetic matter suitable for holding the waters.

Greater bouyancy for the canopy

   So with less weight upon the earth, as well as more weight in the air gravity would be drastically reduced. Because the amount of mass correlates to the amount of gravity the earth had a weaker pull.  meanwhile the greater mass of the air would make objects within it aear lighter.  we see this easier in different buoyances of water ( like when people float in the dead sea.)

    The giant insects need more oxygen than is supplied in today's atmosphere. Thus pointing to the higher oxygen in the pre-flood earth due to the hug of the canopy.

Titanaboa

Meganeura "Meganeura is a genus of extinct insects from the Carboniferous period approximately 300 million years ago, which resembled and are related to the present-day dragonflies. With wingspans of up to 65 cm (2.1 ft), M. monyi is one of the largest known flying insect species; the Permian Meganeuropsis permiana is another. Meganeura were predatory, and fed on other insects, and even small amphibians. Fossils were discovered in the French Stephanian Coal Measures of Commentry in 1880. In 1885, French paleontologist Charles Brongniart described and named the fossil "Meganeura" (large-nerved), which refers to the network of veins on the insect's wings. Another fine fossil specimen was found in 1979 at Bolsover in Derbyshire. The holotype is housed in the Muséum national d'histoire naturelle, Paris

Size Controversy has prevailed as to how insects of the Carboniferous period were able to grow so large. The way oxygen is diffused through the insect's body via its tracheal breathing system puts an upper limit on body size, which prehistoric insects seem to have well exceeded. It was originally proposed (Harlé & Harlé, 1911) that Meganeura was only able to fly because the atmosphere at that time contained more oxygen than the present 20%. This theory was dismissed by fellow scientists, but has found approval more recently through further study into the relationship between gigantism and oxygen availability.[1] If this theory is correct, these insects would have been susceptible to falling oxygen levels and certainly could not survive in our modern atmosphere. Other research indicates that insects really do breathe, with "rapid cycles of tracheal compression and expansion".[2] Recent analysis of the flight energetics of modern insects and birds suggests that both the oxygen levels and air density provide a bound on size.[3]

A general problem with all oxygen-related explanations of the giant dragonflies is the circumstance that very large Meganeuridae with a wing span of 45 cm (1.5 ft) also occurred in the Upper Permian of Lodève in France, when the oxygen content of the atmosphere was already much lower than in the Carboniferous and Lower Permian.[4]

Pterodactyls too big to fly?

What caused the Flood?

A: The fall of Lucifer(a scenario)

Gospel in the Zodiac?

This is a reference to the constellation draco.

       Many have argued that the Zodiac constellations were originally arranged in an order to give a hieroglyphic gospel presentation.  The fact that the pole star was once in the constellation Draco may be a sign which illustrates the fall of Lucifer.  Also rememebr that the little dipper which we usually identify as the greek ursa minor, was recognized as recubba, the Little sheep.  What is a little sheep, but a lamb! The Lamb of God in throned in heaven.

   In the illustration you may notice the constellation hercules trampled on the head by the constellation Draco .  Hercules in Greek mythology was the son of god.

  If Draco is symbolic of Lucifer, and Lucifer covered the throne of God, then we must remember that Draco would exhibit those traits.   Traditional Hebrew understanding has God seated above the earth.

      Now I am not a believer in the big bang theory and the corresponding dark energy theories.  But that is too large a topic for this book.  However, mathematically speaking these mathematicians have come to understand that there was a "shockwave"  in other words and intergalactic catastrophe that happened near the earth. Now in reticulum II we see a small galaxy and they are measuring the neutrons and elements. They assume this was because of fusion forming stars in the big bang
But NYC(my cosmology theory) agrees with electric universe(EU) theory that fusion is not the process by which stars operate but electromagnetic energy permeating through the ether. So the neutrons from stars are actually burning on the edge of the stars electric shell.
Never the less the electric burnout points to a catastrophe.

Thats right an inter galactic catastrophe!

This indicates that the process of making neutron capture elements in larger galaxies is likely the same as it is in dwarf galaxies, suggesting that even the heavy elements on Earth originated in neutron star mergers."

   So here we see chemical evidence of the same intergalactic catastrophe.

   The times of Job were not long after the flood of Noah.  These descriptions would be applicable to an intergalactic catastrophe.

The north star actually contains a dwarf star which in turn is quite capable of producing a gamma ray burster.


Gamma ray bursters (GRBs) appear as bursts of gamma rays coming from points randomly scattered in the sky.  These bursts are very brief, lasting between a few milliseconds to a few hundred seconds.  For a long time there were hundreds of theories about what caused them, but very little evidence for any of these theories, since nothing was ever seen at the location where one of these bursts occurred.  Their random distribution eventually made a convincing case that they occurred not within our solar system or within our galaxy, but much farther away.  Given this, it was clear that they must be extraordinarily powerful. Starting in the late 1990s, astronomers made a concerted effort to catch gamma ray bursters in the act, focusing powerful telescopes to observe them in the visible and ultraviolet spectrum moments after a burst was detected.  These efforts paid off in 1999 when one was seen to emit visible light for as long as a day after the burst occurred.  A redshift measurement of z = 1.6 indicated that the gamma ray burster was about 10,000 million light years away.  If the burst of gamma rays was omnidirectional, this would mean that its power was about 10¹⁶ times that of our sun—for a very short time.  For details on this discovery, see:

He collected almost 100 astronomical measurements made over a 4,000-year period. Those measurements show that the tilt of the earth's axis smoothly decayed from 25* 10' to it's present 23*27'. Based on the shape of the decay curve, Dodwell estimated that this axis shift began began in about the year2345B.C.  It is too much of a coincidence for the seasonal tilt and the flood of Noah to be estimated within 4 yrs of each other! The two events must have a relationship some way.Could a gamma ray burster have been the cause of these two anomalies?

Arctic iron

Britain's richest man is planning a giant new opencast mine 300 miles inside the Arctic Circle in a bid to extract a potential $23bn (£14bn) worth of iron ore.
The "mega-mine" – which includes a 150km railway line and two new ports – is believed to be the largest mineral extraction project in the Arctic and highlights the huge commercial potential of the far north as global warming makes industrial development in the region easier.

     If the arctic is filled so deeply with iron it would serve as an excellent conductor for the gamma ray burster.

   This viking legend combines arche type of a serpentine devil with the place and imagery of a Gamma Ray Burster hitting the north pole!  the imagery of serpent and lighting have been seen in the past,
luke 10:¹⁸ And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." 

     The burster drills into the magnetic north pole through the iron into the abyss which is the subterranean waters.  In the Old Testament sheol is represented by deep underground oceans and the word in the Greek New Testament is Hades which is also an underground sea in the Greek worldview.
    So when the burster heat these underground oceans it was a massive amount of energy within seconds!
     The typical theory today is that uranium was produced by the molten earth because of it's status  as a very heavy element and being radio active.  Thus the radio activity in the element is in a slow decay and it would take theoretically billions of years to decay and the decay would settle down till it becomes lead.
   The sub terranean waters debunk the molten earth. Also, back in the 1970's the work of physicist Robert Gentry found an anomally which debunks the idea of the molten earth.   He found samples all over the world of Polonium halos found in deposits of granite.  Granite is conisdered a primordial element. Which means that it is ancient; and according to planetary evolution, it was the molten earth which took billions of years to cool off.  The polnium halos typically take 1-2minutes to form. These polonium halos were found in granite without an alpha trail or trace of radiation.   If the polonium formed in the primordial granite lava,  they would disappear in 2 minutes within the two billion years of cooling. This would be scientific impossible!  Yet Gentry discovered it and posted the findings in half a dozen scientific journals!
   So the gamma rays would flash through the bottum of the earth and just as your micro wave runs through your food, decay becomes rapid! But heat also expands and expansion is extremely dangerous miles below the surface.  The miles of pressure from the rocks have pressured to the waters to be radioactive.
  Dr. Walt brown has stated that the waters coming forth from the earth would be the equivalent of 30 nuclear bombs going off simultaneously!

The course of destruction
a. Iceland
     Iceland is a volcanic Island that was created directly over the mid Atlantic Ridge.  When the radioactive subterranean waters exploded it is rational to assert this was where the fault began and why the Island was created.

b.  Mid-atlantic ridge/fountains of the great deep
   The mid-atlantic ridge formed separating the Americas from Europe and Africa and then dividing europe from africa and through arabia. forming the atlantic ocean and Mediterranean sea.
  The spreading of the ridge kicked up the smoky mountains and the buldge in the west created the Rocky Mountains. the outline of the atlantic ocean shows the alignment of South america amd Africa.  The blast in the mediterranean kick up sand forming the Sahara Desert.

c. Spread through the canopy
As described in the book of Enoch,  the fountains shot out 20 miles upward breaking through the ice canopy.  The waters within the canopy spread across the sky and rained down 40 days and nights.

d.  chalk beds
The impact from the fountains is said to be equivalent of 30 nuclear bombs.  The impact instantly kill micro organism which were rammed and compacted forming the chalk beds especially in Britain and nova scotia canada.
This coincided with the break up of the supercontinent Pangea, which broke apart to form the continents of today. As continents move apart, an ocean forms between them, and new ocean-floor is added along the line of spreading (known as the mid-ocean ridge) by magma which rises from below. As the continents moved apart in the Cretaceous, a very high volume of magma rose up to form the new ocean-floor in what is known as a superplume event. The mid-ocean ridges became swollen, and large volumes of magma spilled out elsewhere onto the ocean floor, displacing water onto the continents (causing sea-level to rise). The volcanic activity also produced greenhouse gases which raised temperatures, prevented ice from forming at the poles and hence kept sea levels high. e. Sahara Desert
In the mediterranean,  massive amounts of sandstone were obliterated into sand and kicked up over Africa thus forming the Sahara desert.

d. Liquifaction and the chaotic column
  While we have a geologic column in the earth, we do not have anything close to a consistent column.  these layers are scattered chaotically everywhere.
Why is this so?
"Liquefaction—associated with quicksand, earthquakes, and wave action—played a major role in rapidly sorting sediments, plants, and animals during the flood. Indeed, the worldwide presence of sorted fossils and sedimentary layers shows that a gigantic global flood occurred.  Massive liquefaction also left other diagnostic features, such as cross-bedded sandstone, plumes, mounds, and fossilized footprints.

Sedimentary rocks are distinguished by sharply-defined layers, called strata. Fossils almost always lie within such layers. Fossils and strata, seen globally, have many unusual characteristics. A little-known and poorly-understood phenomenon called liquefaction (lik-wuh-FAK-shun) explains these characteristics. It also explains why we do not see fossils and strata forming on a large scale today.

We will first consider several common situations that cause liquefaction on a small scale. After understanding why liquefaction occurs, we will see that a global flood would produce liquefaction—and these vast, sharply defined layers—worldwide. Finally, a review of other unusual features in the earth’s crust will confirm that global liquefaction did occur. 

Quicksand.  Quicksand is a simple example of liquefaction. Spring-fed water flowing up through sand creates quicksand. The upward flowing water lifts the sand grains very slightly, surrounding each grain with a thin film of water. This cushioning gives quicksand, and other liquefied sediments, a mushy, fluidlike texture.³

Contrary to popular belief and Hollywood films, a person or animal stepping into deep quicksand will not sink out of sight forever. They will quickly sink in—but only so far. Then, they will be lifted, or buoyed up, by a force equal to the weight of the sand and water displaced. The more they sink in, the greater the lifting force. Buoyancy forces also lift a person floating in a swimming pool. However, quicksand’s buoyancy is almost twice that of water, because the weight of the displaced sand and water is almost twice that of water alone. As we will see, fluidlike sediments produced a buoyancy that largely explains why fossils show a degree of vertical sorting and why the world’s sedimentary rocks are usually layered sharply.

Earthquakes.  Liquefaction is frequently seen during, and even minutes after, earthquakes. During the Alaskan Good Friday earthquake of 1964, liquefaction caused most of the destruction within Anchorage, Alaska. Much of the damage during the San Francisco earthquake of 1989 resulted from liquefaction. Although geologists can describe the consequences of liquefaction, few seem to understand why it happens.  Levin describes it as follows:

Often during earthquakes, fine-grained water-saturated sediments may lose their former strength and form into a thick mobile mudlike material. The process is called liquefaction. The liquefied sediment not only moves about beneath the surface but may also rise through fissures and “erupt” as mud boils and mud “volcanoes.” ⁴

Liquefaction was captured on film after the 9.0 Japanese earthquake on 11 March 2011. Strahler says that in a severe earthquake:

... the ground shaking reduces the strength of earth material on which heavy structures rest. Parts of many major cities, particularly port cities, have been built on naturally occurring bodies of soft, unconsolidated clay-rich sediment (such as the delta deposits of a river) or on filled areas in which large amounts of loose earth materials have been dumped to build up the land level. These water-saturated deposits often experience a change in property known as liquefaction when shaken by an earthquake. The material loses strength to the degree that it becomes a highly fluid mud, incapable of supporting buildings, which show severe tilting or collapse.⁵

These are accurate descriptions of liquefaction, but they do not explain why it occurs. When we understand the mechanics of liquefaction, we will see that liquefaction occurred globally—for weeks or months during the flood.

Visualize a box filled with many rocks. If the box were so full that you could not quite close its lid, you would shake the box, so the rocks settled into a denser packing arrangement. Now repeat this thought experiment, only this time all space between the rocks is filled with water. As you shake the box and the rocks settle into a denser packing arrangement, water will be forced up to the top by the “falling” rocks. If the box is tall, many rocks will settle, so the force of the rising water will increase. The tall column of rocks will also provide great resistance to the upward flow, increasing the water’s pressure even more.   Now with the continental plates being partially submerged and yet the continental plates being so distinct from the sea floor we would have to believe that the earth according to natural law was different.  Either the plates were at one time completely over the sea level once.  Or the plates were completely submerged under the water.  Now if the earth was once completely submerged under the water that would contradict the  uniformitarian geological assumption of vulcanism. which is the foundation for the geological column.  Now if the earth was completely emerged (like pangea theory) then we have to admit that water at some point swallowed up a vast percentage of the continents.  So we have to explain why the water was not originally there. Also how the earth ended up emerged.

Along the coast of both sides of the pacific ocean there is a string of volcanoes that have been active.  This indicates that the sinking pacific plate built a great friction.

g. Asian pacific trenches

The pacific plate is tilted. The North American Rockies and South american Andes scooped the plates upwards and the plate is digging into asia still by the force gravity growing the trenches.
H. Himalayas

The same pressure digging into the trenches would kick up earth.thus rising the Himalayan Mountains.


I.East 90 ridge


The east 90 ridge is bizarre in that it stretches directly north and south. this crack implicitly represents a motion either north or south.  I know of no uniformitarian explanation.  However the Gamma Ray burster impact could be understood as making  the globe bob up and down thus making such as cataclysm. Also the force is doubling the rise of the Himalayan mountains.

The canopy shattered will release most of it's waters and ice.  The frozen hydrogen will pull the ice towards the North and South poles. This will form the ice age which itself will release massive floods over the next few generations.

L. Rainbow



With the falling celestial snow we would see an effect much like the northern lights all over the globe.  Perhaps this was the rainbow which God had presented to Noah.


M. Mt. of God

  The piling snow which would be gathered at the north pole would imaginably be the greatest mountain like body ever seen.  A mountain peaking in Heaven is a common mythological archetype all over the world. It is reasonable that such a body temperarily existed in reality during the ice age after the canopy was shattered.  If it is an ice body then the remaining arctic ocean is implicit evidence of its remains.

     The ice age would eventually melt and cause great floods changing the sea levels and moving vast amounts of earth. Obviously the name Pelag and the prophetic mention of the earth being divided point to a physical dividing of the nations after the ice age.
The Glaciers turning into water starting floods would account for the previously mentioned black sea floods alongside many geological features.

The face of the moon always faces the earth. The moon spins on the earth's axus but not its own.  So the great craters on the face of the moon came from the earth.

Typically, when we examine a miracle in terms of theology You are either dealing with A. spiritual) an action utterly in a non-physical realm.
B. creative) an physical action which defies all scientific law
C. providential) an action which though rational defies the odds or the norm.

A, may be held by held by those who are either existentialists or atheists,  but have no capability to maintain a serious view of the scriptures sense they have ripped 100% historical value away from a historical text.
B.  The flood is reported along side nature.  it requires so much time to rain and for the waters to maintain and so much time for the waters to be asswaged.  Therefore it is not a creative miracle.
C. The flood is a natural event but a providential miracle and it may contain the spiritual miracle of prophecy.


        If the great flood happened, then how Did noah have knowledge to make an Ark to survive it?
Not only do we have a case of supernatural revelation pointing to the existence of God.  But we have a judgement of God  destroying a civilization in judgement vindicating the standards of God.  We have a planet full  of dead fosssils pointing to a God who is active in the affairs of men.  A God who is not afraid of man's opinion nor unwilling to strip him of liberties if the situation demands it.  This is a very fearful thing.
